Refund policy



Returns


It’s sad to hear that you are planning to return your purchase. We understand sometimes you would change your mind. What we can do is offer a credit voucher or refund (excluding postage paid) for all full priced items that are unworn and in original condition.

I hope you understand that we are unable to accept returns on earrings due to hygienic reasons. If an item you purchased was on sale at the time (discounted price) we cannot be returned unless faulty. All sales for engraved/customised items are final.

If your jewellery matches the above conditions, please request a return by contacting hello@lunatales.com.au. Your request must be received within 14 days from purchase. Further details will be provided once contacted. We are not responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit. We do not take responsibility for the return postage unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5-10 business days of your item being received by the Luna Tales Team. Once your order has been refunded, you will be notified via email. Alternatively, you can choose to keep store credit by letting us know in your return lodge email. 

 

EXCHANGE


You tried your absolute best to measure the size of the ring by following our guide and it doesn't fit or you have changed your mind and want a different product? Contact us within 14 days of purchase.

 

Note our beautiful pieces are limited stock, so to avoid disappointment we suggest you to purchase the new item immediately and following the returns process for a refund is recommended. Please contact us at hello@lunatales.com.au for any inquiry regarding exchange.

 

Again we cannot exchange earrings for hygiene reasons.
