Placing an Order and Payment

When you place and complete a transaction for a product on our website you are agreeing to the price it has been listed to be sold at.

Payment methods available to make a transaction are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Afterpay or PayPal only. All costs involved using the selected method are responsible by the purchaser (example credit surcharges). The payment method you choose to use You warrant that You are an authorised user of the credit card, Afterpay or PayPal account.

All Purchase Orders made via this website require confirmation and acceptance by Luna Tales to approve the sale. A purchase receipt will be sent to the email provided upon a successful checkout. Your Purchase Order for any reason may be rejected or refunded by Luna Tales at any time prior to dispatch.

The website is listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you are making a payment with a different currency, you can still order by credit card - Note the payment will automatically be converted to Australian Dollars when you complete the transaction. The conversion rate is not fixed, it can vary from day to day with the current exchange rate. There is a charge that banks have for conversions, each bank is different. Luna Tales is not responsible for these fees.

There may be times where prices vary on this Website without prior notice to You. If Luna Tales requests payment for increased prices, You may cancel the order. Contact us within seven (7) days from the date of purchase for cancellation due to price change.

Prohibition on Resale

Luna Tales reserves the right to limit the amount of each product sold per customer. All items purchased from Luna Tales do not have the rights for commercial selling or supplying them for commercial business unless you have prior permission. Gift Cards

Luna Tale Gift Cards purchased from this website can only be used on this website. The Gift Card will be sent as an e-voucher (eGift Card) which will contain a code for usage. Gift Cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase. Gift Cards can not be redeemed for cash and are not refundable. Luna Tales does not take responsibility for any lost or stolen Gift Cards. No promotional discounts and codes can be applied when purchasing Gift Cards/eGift Cards

Promotional Codes

Luna Tales may have promotional offers. To take advantage of these codes, you are required to apply the special code in the form on checkout under “promotional code”. Faulty Policy

All products sold by Luna Tales undergo quality control before being despatched. If you receive a faulty product we will ask you to explain and provide evidence prior to any exchange or type of refund. Luna Tales follow strict guidelines under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation. Please see our Returns Policy for further information. Wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered as a faulty product.

However in the absence of negligence on our part Luna Tales cannot be held responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data that has been provided by you while using this site.

If Luna Tales is liable for breach of an imposed guarantee or implied warranty or representation, Luna Tales’ liability is, at its option limited to replace or swap a product at the same value.
